Nathalie acquired her business development experience in the technology sector at IBM in sales and partner-facing roles for over 20 years. At VSM for 7 years, she developed B2B marketing expertise as Account Manager and, in 2017, acquired the company. Her vision for the company is to become an extension to customers’ sales and marketing departments by using a human touch backed by innovative technologies to systemize their growth and increase their success.

Alain has occupied various roles in management, operations and sales & marketing in a number of industries as well as the owner of a restaurant. At VSM, he held many positions and developed his knowledge in demand generation marketing. He now manages the business development team while ensuring operations are running smoothly, that leads are qualified, and ensuring a high level of client satisfaction.

Our bilingual team, based on Montreal’s South Shore, consists of Marketing Strategists, Program Managers, Team Leads, Business Development and prospecting professionals, Database Specialists and Digital Marketing Specialists, many having between 6 and 10 years of seniority at VSM.
